We are proud to say that we now offer a shop full of other delicious treats that can be ordered straight from our site! Our delicious baked goods are made with the freshest ingredients, and packaged and served with love.

Our Story

MEET MEGS

The face and self-taught baker behind Life’s A Batch edible art!

Here is a little bit about how Life’s A Batch came to be.

As the self-proclaimed “anti-baker” of the family Megs swore that it would just never be for her.

Then one day after having her sweet baby boy, a now stay at home mom who other than taking care of her “little” didn’t know what to do with her time,

longed for her passion of art and design that was long gone over the years.

Needing a new creative outlet to help get her through the days of new motherhood she turned to cookie design.

(Okay, to be honest and to the point, there was a lot of Food Network and binging holiday baking shows!)

Inspired, Megs made some delicious and attractive cookies for a family holiday gathering and was immediately told to act on it.

(Pretty solid life advice if you ask me!)

There you have it, creative hobby turned delicious and edible pieces of art for you to enjoy!

“Sometimes life hands you lemons, and in my case, a whole lemon tree.

Life sure is a batch sometimes, but after having my little guy something changed and I knew right where I wanted and was supposed to be.

And that lemon tree? Well it was put there to zest my cookies!

Our Baked Goods

Always Fresh, Always Tasty.

(A “batch” made in heaven you might say!)

At Life’s A Batch, we make everything fresh-from-scratch, all day, every day, where we strive to maintain the highest quality products and use the finest and freshest ingredients.

Our standard sugar cookies are a delicious soft vanilla cookie, custom designed and decorated with a soft bite vanilla royal icing. (Other flavours are now also available) Our standard cookie size is 3″- 4″ but can vary based on shape and design.

We can bake just about anything.

Whether it be for a holiday, special occasion or milestone, for a client or staff appreciation, or even “just because” treats, we’ve got you covered!
